Two Michelin-starred chefs share the Royal Mansour kitchens. Yannick Alléno is behind the restaurant menus for “Grande Table Marocaine”, “La Table” and “Le Jardin”. Massimiliano Alajmo sublimates local produce to serve gourmet Italian cuisine in the “Sesamo” restaurant.
For a gourmet Moroccan dinner, the 3-Michelin-starred chef makes “La Grande Table” shine. A refined blend of traditional and modern cuisine.
