For its first European address, Six Senses has chosen a privileged location on Ibiza, the spiritual island. A 35-minute drive from the airport, this Six Senses resort is a little gem designed by Jonathan Leitersdorf. Through this unique hotel project, he wanted to “capture the authentic Ibiza experience of community, spirituality and celebration”. In harmony with this little hidden paradise on the bay, the hotel is made of locally sourced materials. Its construction and management are designed to be sustainable and respectful of the environment.

The island is punctuated by seasonal tourism: in summer, festive pop-up events keep vacationers dancing, while in winter, communities gather for deep spiritual experiences. Six Senses Ibiza was built on this premise. The program includes artistic events in the concert hall, as well as weekends and immersive retreats.
In addition to music, with its “Beach Caves” concert hall, the resort attaches great importance to art. It boasts a superb library, a Magnum gallery hosting photography workshops and a boutique designed by famous fashion editors Daniela Agnelli and Tiffanie Darke. Everything you need to relax
The spa menu offers a choice of treatments inspired by holistic and ancestral practices. Massaged by expert hands, the whole body relaxes and takes the spirit with it… This is not helped by the location where the treatments take place: in the open air, right next to the hotel’s organic vegetable gardens.
The plants used in our treatments come from this vegetable garden. Six Senses has an “Alchemy Bar”, a kind of cosmetics laboratory where you can create your own scrub or mask.

The hotel even boasts a 400-year-old farm and olive press. Guests can also take part in the growing and harvesting of fruit and vegetables.
Chef Eyal Shani will be in charge of the kitchens at Six Senses Ibiza, his first European address. A true father of the new Israeli cuisine, he has the art of sublimating vegetables by bringing in Middle Eastern influences. It combines the flavours of each ingredient with their nutritional benefits.
Among the resort’s various food courts, the Farmers’ Market is the star of the show. It will bring guests together around long, convivial tables and tasty menus.
